Terms and Conditions of Service

4. Subscription Terms, Pricing & Billing

4.1 Subscription Structure

Our platform operates on a recurring monthly subscription model. For a fee of $39.99, after which regular billing commences.

4.2 Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are due in advance and automatically charged each billing cycle. Your billing details will be confirmed via welcome email and shown in your account dashboard. A failure to process your recurring payment may result in temporary service suspension.

4.3 Administrative Fees

In the event of failed billing:

  • We may offer temporary access at a discounted rate.
  • A flat administrative fee of $3.00 may be applied to recover account processing efforts.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by your bank or card issuer. Any disputes must be resolved directly with them unless the issue was due to USACommerceGate Inc’s actions.

5. Cancellations, Termination, and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation by User

You may cancel your subscription at any time via:

  • Account settings
  • Emailing our support team
  • Calling our support hotline

Your access will continue until the end of your paid period.

5.2 Termination by USACommerceGate Inc

We may suspend or terminate your account if

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your payment fails persistently
  • You abuse the platform or misuse our services

We may provide notice, but we are not required to do so under all circumstances.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued:

  • If a valid reason is provided
  • In the event of a material service interruption caused by us

Refunds are processed within 7 business days and returned to your original payment method within 14 days.

6. Use of Content and License Grant

6.1 Content Access and Restrictions

When you subscribe, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Download, store, share, or broadcast content
  • Circumvent geographic restrictions or DRM protections
  • Record or redistribute streamed content
  • Use content for public screenings or commercial gain

6.2 Geographic Restrictions

Your access is limited to regions where we are legally licensed to operate. We use IP detection and other technologies to enforce these restrictions.

7. Acceptable Use Guidelines

To maintain the integrity of our Service, users must not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the platform
  • Transmit malware, bots, or scraping tools

We aim to resolve inquiries efficiently, but response times may vary depending on demand.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on the platform including text, media, graphics, logos, and software is owned by USACommerceGate Inc or its licensors.

10.2 Trademark Usage

You may not use our brand assets without prior written permission. All third-party trademarks and content are the property of their respective owners.

11. Force Majeure Clause

We are not liable for any failure to fulfil obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Acts of war or terrorism
  • Internet or utility failures
  • Legal or government restrictions

During such events, we may pause services without liability.

12. No Warranties

We provide the Service “as-is” and “as available” without guarantees of:

  • Error-free operation
  • Uninterrupted access
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Compatibility with all devices

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Legal Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Termms are governed by the laws of the state of Utah, USA. Any disputes arising from your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Utah.
